Avenging Spider-Man #5
Captain America is a nerd.
Savage Wolverine #3 by Frank Cho
It’s a tale of dinosaurs, angry natives and bikinis.
It’s not exactly classy, but it’s pretty much the most “THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT” as every issue features Wolverine fighting dinosaurs and sexy ladies.
Also Amadeus Cho, who is everyone’s favorite, even though I wish he had his puppy back.
This may be one of the most amazing comics on the stands. It’s fairly dense conceptually and ethically. Heroes who have to contemplate killing other realities to save their own and to try and find a hope of saving the remaining universes.
New Avengers #4
(All New X-men #9)
Scott Lobdell was the primary creative force behind most of the major X-title related storylines, especially the major cross-overs, throughout a majority of the 1990s, including “X-Cutioner’s Song”, “Fatal Attractions”, “Phalanx Covenant”, “Age of Apocalypse”, the “Onslaught” saga, and “Operation: Zero Tolerance”.
