So I found a secret Minecraft area on borderlands 2 in the Caustic Caverns area. 

1. The location of the area.
2. The first set of blocks you encounter, you melee through them.
3. A stone wall you have to melee through, three hits per block, the gold ones give you money, the black ones ammo.
4. The area after the wall.
5. A creeper, there a few in here and they do explode when they get close. They are followed  by a Badass Creeper.
6. The skin and Head you can get. 

I found the area with my Siren, but only had the skin for her and the skin + head for my Commado, hence the pic of my Commando.
